All transport, warehouse, logistics and AC service bookings are subject to availability, confirmation and service area coverage.
Customers must provide correct contact details, pickup and delivery information, item descriptions and any special handling instructions.
We make every effort to complete services on time. However, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control.
ZAYA Logistics handles goods with care. Customers are responsible for proper declaration of fragile, valuable, hazardous or restricted items before booking.
Service charges must be paid as agreed at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for extra distance, waiting time, special handling or urgent requests.
Cancellation requests should be made before service dispatch. Late cancellations may be subject to service or travel charges.
